Move over strawberry ice pops because these mango bourbon boozy popsicles will be your new go-to summer dessert!
Because in case you didn’t know, mango and bourbon are a match made in heaven.
Bourbon has a layer of sweetness, and that bold taste plays so well against the sweet mango. One lick and you’ll be hooked!

Mango Bourbon Popsicles
These babies have tropical fruit, rich alcohol, and some coconut milk for a creamy finish, which I just adore! It makes them insanely rich.
Feel free to swap out the fruit if you’re not a mango lover. I think peaches would make a terrific alternative.
And if you don’t want them creamy, leave the coconut out altogether.
Ingredients:
This recipe is enough for about six popsicles, depending on the size of your molds.

- Popsicle Sticks
How To Make Mango Bourbon Boozy Popsicles:

- Blend until smooth.
- Add the bourbon and blend for ten more seconds.
- Carefully pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and add the popsicle sticks.

Recipe Variations
First things first: this mix can easily be served right away as a thick, dessert-like cocktail.
Just make the recipe as instructed, then pour it into a glass, and add a cute umbrella and a wedge of lime or pineapple. Easy peasy and perfect for summer.
But if you’re more in the mood for something frosty, try one of these fun variations:
1. Tropical Paradise Popsicles - Swap out one mango for a cup of pineapple chunks and replace the bourbon with white rum. This way, they’ll taste like mango-infused piña coladas.
2. Spiced Mango Popsicles - Keep the recipe as is, but add a teaspoon of cinnamon or cayenne if you’re feeling extra fiery. This creates a warm, exotic flavor I know you’ll love.
3. Peach Bourbon Popsicles - Replace the mangoes with 3-4 fresh peaches (peeled and diced). Keep everything else the same and enjoy the summery, Southern vibes.
4. Mango Berry Popsicles - Swap 1 mango for 1 cup of chopped berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc.). You can either mix it all together or split the base of the recipe in half and make 1 mango and 1 berry mix. Then, layer in the mango and freeze before topping the mold up with the berry mix for a fun two-tone effect.
5. Mango Mojito Popsicles- Swap the coconut milk with club soda and use white rum instead of bourbon. You’ll also want to add a few fresh mint leaves.
6. Mango Margarita Popsicles - Replace the coconut milk with half orange juice and half limeade. Also, use tequila instead of bourbon.
